Icarian Games
Icarian acrobatics is the ancient art of throwing and catching a flyer through the air in transitions, flips, and twists. It is incredibly fun, visually exciting, and requires precise timing from both partners. In this workshop we will spend time learning precise timing calibrations for the throws and catches as well as the spotting needed to execute the skills safely. You will learn running and jumping entrances to various poses, throwing to and from foot to foot, throwing from reverse star, flips and much more! Level options will be available to those with previous Icarian training. Come launch and fly!

Pre-reqs: Acrobats attending this workshop should have at least 1 year of consistent practice, a 30 second handstand at the wall and a very good understanding of tightness.
